NEXA is an Australian company that delivers innovative solutions to streamline the customer journey. Their primary goal is to provide patient flow software solutions to healthcare facilities, government organisations and educational institutions to improve customer flow and service productivity.

Challenge

NEXA was struggling to take full advantage of both a clear marketing strategy and content marketing plan. They approached Melotti Media to develop a 24-month content marketing roadmap which included several executions – from online blogs, website copy, brochures and press releases to video scripts and more.

The goal was to re-establish NEXA as a highly respected brand across all of their marketing initiatives through stronger messaging and alignment across their departments.
