Here is a hint: it’s on the very first line of the text.
This is a little bit of a worry, as I purchased this reputable (not to mention premium) brand at The Sydney Royal Easter Show recently, and it wasn’t exactly cheap. The company had obviously spent a lot to have a stall at The Show to promote and sell their teas, and invested extensively in the product itself.
Yet, they made the all too common mistake that many other organisations do, and that’s forget about the importance of copywriting! Nothing is more unprofessional and brand damaging than having a grammatical error upon your nice looking packaging!
Proof reading is an essential and often neglected step in all companies and businesses! Don’t let something like this reflect badly on your brand. Understand the value of strong and professional copywriting so that this never happens to you.
