  • Dissonance-reducing buying behaviour 

    Such behaviour shows when buyers find it hard to differentiate brands. To reduce the fear of making a poor buying decision, consumers will choose products based on price, convenience, using recommendations or rankings. 


  • Habitual buying behaviour
